1. By registering to bid buyer is agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions. You must register to bid. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Please read terms # 9 & 10 regarding new pick up policies.
2. SHIPPING IS AVAIL ON SMALL ITEMS ONLY AT BIDDER'S EXPENSE. IF SHIPPING WILL BE REQUESTED PLS NOTIFY AUCTIONEER VIA AUCTIONEER NOTES IN HIBID PRIOR TO SALE CLOSING IF POSSIBLE.
3. Auction is subject to cancellation by John Pischke Auctioneer due to Computer black out, power outages, tornados, hurricanes, rioting, civil unrest, acts of war, or any other events that may adversely affect this auction before its completion & final closing by John Pischke Auctioneer ncal 9625.
4. You must submit your credit card information to be able to bid.
5. 13% buyer's premium added to bid price.
6. Sales tax will not be added to purchase price.
7. All items sold as is, where is. All sales are final, no refunds.
8. There are no previews scheduled for this auction. Previews are highly encouraged. All previews will be by appointment only for this auction. Please call John at 919-906-0385 to set an appointment for viewing.
9. After auction, items must be picked up ONE DAY ONLY MONDAY DECEMBER 12, 2022 FROM 10:00AM TO 4PM. We cannot transport items from one warehouse to another.
10. Buyers are responsible for loading of all items. Auction staff cannot assist with moving, loading and delivering. Please bring your own help and equipment for large and heavy items.
11. Anybody that does not pay for items they bid on during online auctions will not be permitted to participate in any future auctions for John Pischke Auctioneer NCAL 9625.
